Return window

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.

How to request a return

1. Email support@beautystore.example with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging once approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
